This website, LittleRockEventSpace.com, and all services offered through it are operated by DSFI inc, an Arkansas corporation trading as "Little Rock Event Space" ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or purchasing any plan, you are entering into an agreement with DSFI inc.

By accessing, browsing, submitting an inquiry, listing a venue, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the service constitutes ongoing acceptance, including of any updates we publish on this page. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if acting for a business, that you have authority to bind that business.

Little Rock Event Space is a digital directory and lead-generation platform for event venues in the Greater Little Rock, Arkansas area. We do not own, manage, or operate any of the venues listed on this site. We also sell optional paid placements to venue owners and advertisers, including featured listings, banner and sponsor ad space, enhanced listings, and banner design services.

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful information in all inquiries, listings, and account details, and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for any agreements or contracts entered into with a venue discovered through our site.
• You must not misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes unlawful use; fraud, spam, or fake inquiries; infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights; uploading malware; probing, scanning, or otherwise interfering with the security or integrity of the service; and scraping or bulk-extracting our directory data.
• You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

If you submit banner artwork, logos, listing photos, or other creative, you confirm you own or are licensed to use that content, and you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the service. We may review, reject, or remove any advertising content at our discretion, including content that is misleading, unlawful, or infringing.

Paid plans are sold either as recurring monthly subscriptions or one-time purchases, as shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your placement stays live through the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown exclusive or inclusive of tax as required by your location, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our payments partner Stripe and are subject to the terms shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Our order process is conducted through Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders. Stripe collects payment, calculates and remits applicable tax, issues receipts, and handles transaction-level billing support, refunds, and chargebacks. Charges appear on your statement as LINK.COM* alongside our name. Product and listing support is provided by DSFI inc.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part, for material breach of these terms, non-payment or failed payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, paid placements end and account data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

The service is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of any venue listed; listing information is based on automated syncing and manual research. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• DSFI inc is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from your interactions or contracts with third-party venues.
• We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify DSFI inc against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

All content on this site, including the curated venue dataset, neighborhood guides, branding, and software, is the property of DSFI inc. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, email us and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate; repeat infringers lose access.

We reserve the right to route leads to venues and to charge fees to venues and advertisers for enhanced visibility, including "Featured Partner" placements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, and the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
