Cancellation & Refund Policy

DSFI inc (trading as "Little Rock Event Space") advertising and listing plans are subscription-based services that you can cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. When you cancel, your billing stops immediately and no further charges will be made. Your featured listing, banner, or sponsor placement remains active through the end of your current paid term, then expires automatically.

Monthly plans renew automatically on each billing anniversary until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals only; you retain full access and placement benefits until the end of the paid period you have already been billed for.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date or renewal date. Our order process is conducted by our online payments partner Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders and appears on your statement as LINK.COM* alongside our name. To request a refund, email us at info@littlerockeventspace.com and we will assist you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

For one-time services such as our Banner Design Service, the 30-day guarantee applies from the order date. Where design work has already been delivered, we will work with you on revisions first, and Stripe's refund handling applies where a refund is requested.
